WELCOME TO LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

From Long Beach to the South Bay to Malibu, these L.A. coastal towns are coveted and highly desirable locales. The South Bay cities (San Pedro, Palos Verdes, Torrance, El Segundo, Manhattan and Redondo Beach) remain well-established and exclusive, and are known for having a relaxed and laid back energy, and for their family friendly beaches, neighborhoods and schools.

Working up the coast from Marina Del Rey to Malibu, with Venice and Santa Monica in between, these cities are hubs for art, music, food, shopping, theater and industry. The quaint canals of Venice, the charming cottages in Santa Monica, the upscale waterfront Condos in Marina Del Rey and the eclectic Venice boardwalk appeal to those who work in and around Los Angeles County. Excellent colleges are centered in this area. UCLA is just a short drive from Santa Monica, further establishing its appeal. Pepperdine University in Malibu and Loyola Marymount University in Westchester/Marina Del Rey are within miles of the coast.

In the southern part of LA County, discover Long Beach; a town with a rich history. Settlements started there in the late 1890’s and the town has been bustling ever since. Long Beach is known for its progressive and diverse vibe, creating a thriving artistic community.
