Meet Gregg Lynn

In 2016, Gregg represented the sellers of 2600 Jackson in Pacific Heights, an unrenovated circa 1890 mansion fronting Alta Plaza Park, closing at $11,000,000, 39% above offering price and recognized in the media as the nation’s fifth highest property overbid.
